Challenge

The Around the World Challenge tests your control and coordination. To complete the challenge, perform Around the Worlds in both directions on both feet without dropping the footbag.

How To Perform The Around The World Challenge

  1. Start with the footbag on a controlled toe stall.
  2. Perform an Around the World by circling your foot completely around the footbag and catching it on a toe stall.
  3. Complete the Around the World in the opposite direction on the same foot.
  4. Switch to the opposite foot with a simple toe stall and perform an Around the World in the first direction.
  5. Complete the Around the World in the opposite direction on the same foot.
  6. Keep the footbag under control throughout the sequence without using your hands.
  7. Complete all four Around the Worlds without a drop to finish the challenge.

Tips For Learning

Keep The Set Low

A controlled set gives you enough time to complete the dexterity without chasing the footbag.

Make Full Circles

Circle completely around the footbag before the catch. Rushing the dexterity often leads to drops.

Practice Both Directions

The challenge requires both clockwise and counterclockwise Around the Worlds on each foot, so train both sides equally.
