Tips For Learning

Watch The Bag

Keep your eyes on the footbag as it falls toward your toe so you can time the contact and control the stall.

Keep Your Toe Level

Hold your foot steady with your toe level to give the footbag a stable landing surface and prevent it from rolling off.

Soften The Catch

Relax your foot and cushion the footbag as it lands. Avoid a stiff impact that can make the bag bounce off your toe.
