Atom Smasher is an Atomic Mirage, combining an atomic set with the classic mirage dexterity. As one of the most fundamental atomic tricks, it helps players develop the timing, control, and dexterity needed for advanced atomic combinations.

How To Perform The Atom Smasher Drill

  1. Start from a controlled toe stall and set the footbag slightly upward and toward your centerline.
  2. Quickly plant your setting foot as you perform an uptime out-to-in dexterity with the opposite leg.
  3. Keep the dexterity tight and controlled as the bag rises through the circle.
  4. Plant your dexing foot and stay balanced over the bag.
  5. Immediately perform an in-to-out mirage dexterity with the original setting leg.
  6. Complete the mirage and catch the bag cleanly on a toe stall.
  7. Alternate sides to complete the drill.

X-Dexterity Double Pivot

Pivot toward and then away from the footbag as you perform the dexterity.

Double the timing you would normally take to perform a single dexterity.
