How To Perform The BOP Drill

  1. Start with a Butterfly and catch the footbag on a clipper stall.
  2. Set the footbag from the clipper and turn into an Osis, catching the bag behind your support leg.
  3. Set from the Osis and perform a Paradox Mirage, completing the dexterity before catching on a toe stall.
  4. Set the footbag from the toe stall into another Butterfly on the opposite side.
  5. Continue linking Butterfly, Osis, and Paradox Mirage without stopping.
  6. Focus on smooth transitions, controlled sets, and maintaining a steady rhythm throughout the drill.

Tips For Learning

Keep Sets Controlled

Use low, accurate sets to make each transition easier and keep the drill flowing.

Stay Ahead of the Bag

Move into position early for the Osis and Paradox Mirage rather than chasing the footbag.

Focus on Rhythm

Think of the drill as one continuous pattern. Smooth timing is more important than speed.
