Dexterity Delay
A classic footbag freestyle drill where the footbag is set from the toe as an in-to-out dexterity is performed on the way down with that same leg transferring the bag to the other side.

Start with a controlled toe set that gives you enough height and time to complete the dexterity.
As you set the footbag don't plant your setting foot.
As the footbag falls perform the Mirage.
