How To Perform The Out To In Drill

  1. Start by performing an Orbit on the toe of one foot.
  2. Make clean contact then set the bag up for a Leg Over on the over foot.
  3. Complete an Orbit to Leg Over on the other side to complete the combo.

Tips For Learning

Watch The Bag

Keep your eyes on the footbag throughout the entire dexterity motion so you can time the contact correctly.

Use The Opposite Toe

Remember that the Leg Over begins with a toe set from the opposite foot before the dexterity leg moves around the bag.

Go Out To In

Focus on making one smooth out-to-in motion around the footbag before bringing your foot back underneath it.
