Tips For Learning

Set Straight Up

Start with a controlled toe set that gives you enough height and time to complete the dexterity.

Use The Same Leg

Let the same leg perform the in-to-out dexterity while keeping your opposite foot ready for the stall.

Finish On The Opposite Toe

After completing the dexterity, bring the opposite toe back underneath the footbag for a clean stall.
