How To Perform A Dada Curve

  1. Start by setting the footbag upward from the toe or clipper of one foot.
  2. As the footbag rises, use the opposite leg to begin the first dexterity.
  3. Bring the opposite leg around the footbag in an in-to-out direction.
  4. Complete the first dexterity and return the same foot that performed the initial set toward the footbag.
  5. Swing the setting foot around the footbag in an out-to-in dexterity.
  6. Continue the movement across your body and turn into clipper position.
  7. Catch the footbag in a controlled clipper stall on the opposite side.

Tips For Learning

Keep The Set High

Give yourself enough height and time to complete both dexterities and continue smoothly into the clipper.

Complete Both Dexterities

Stay focused through both dexterities and avoid rushing the second movement before the footbag begins to fall.

Follow Through To Clipper

Continue your momentum after the second dexterity and turn smoothly into the clipper position for the catch.
