A fundamental body add in hacky sack and footbag freestyle.

Demonstration of a Duck.

Start with a controlled toe or clipper stall and set the footbag slightly above head height.
Keep the set straight and predictable so the footbag passes close to your head.
As the footbag rises, move your head under the footbag from where the set originated.
Track the footbag with your eyes as it passes by your head at its peak.
Complete the trick by catching the footbag on the opposite side of your body.

Set the footbag slightly higher than head level to give yourself enough time to move around it.

Move your head to the opposite side of the footbag's path as it passes, rather than trying to move the bag around you.

Keep your eyes on the footbag as you move underneath it and stay balanced so you are ready for the catch.
