Eggplant is an Atomic Leg Over, combining an atomic set with the classic Leg Over dexterity.

Demonstration of an Eggplant.

Start from a controlled toe stall and set the footbag slightly upward and toward your centerline.
Quickly plant your setting foot as you perform an uptime out-to-in dexterity with the opposite leg.
Keep the dexterity tight and controlled as the bag rises through the circle.
Plant your dexing foot and stay balanced over the bag.
Immediately perform an out-to-in Leg Over dexterity with the original setting leg.
Complete the Leg Over and catch the bag cleanly on a toe stall.

A solid Atomic set makes landing the Eggplant dramatically easier.

A downtime Leg Over is essential for completely an Eggplant.

Double the timing you would normally take to perform a single dexterity.
