Fairy Butterfly combines a Fairy Set with a Butterfly finish.

Demonstration of a Fairy Butterfly.

Start from a controlled toe stall.
Set the bag slightly upward and toward your centerline as you perform an uptime dexterity.
Hop off the support leg as the bag rises.
Swing the opposite leg over the bag from out-to-in.
Continue turning your hips into clipper position.
Catch the bag on a clean clipper stall behind the support leg.

A solid Fairy set makes landing the Butterfly dramatically easier.

Keep the set controlled. Large sets make the dexterity much harder.

Rotate your hips and shoulders toward clipper position before the stall.
