How To Perform A Fairy Muted Same Side Pickup

  1. Start with the footbag on a toe stall and set it upward.
  2. As the footbag rises, use the same leg that performed the set to circle the footbag from out-to-in, completing the Fairy dexterity.
  3. Continue directly into the movement without planting your setting foot.
  4. Bring the same foot back underneath the footbag as it falls.
  5. Make clean contact with the same foot that performed the set.
  6. Finish on a controlled toe stall to complete the Pickup.

Tips For Learning

Keep The Fairy Tight

Make a small, controlled out-to-in Fairy dexterity close to the footbag. A tight motion gives you more time to complete the Pickup.

Don't Plant

Keep the setting foot moving after the dexterity instead of planting it. This helps maintain the timing and flow of the trick.

Find The Bag

Bring the same foot back underneath the footbag as it falls and finish with a controlled toe stall.
