Dexterity Delay
A classic footbag freestyle trick and set where the footbag is set from the toe as an out-to-in dexterity is performed on the way up with that same leg followed by an opposite toe stall.

Start with a controlled toe set that gives you enough height and time to complete the dexterity.
As you set the footbag perform the dexterity at the same time.
