How To Perform A Heel Stall

  1. Stand balanced with your knees slightly bent.
  2. Point the toe of your stalling foot toward the ground.
  3. Position the heel of your shoe underneath the falling footbag.
  4. Cushion the footbag by lowering your foot slightly as it lands on your heel.
  5. Hold the footbag steady on your heel before setting it back into play.

Point your toe toward the ground to position the heel underneath the footbag.

Find The Heel

Focus on placing the footbag directly on the heel of your shoe rather than the sole or toe.

Soften The Catch
