A stylish unusual surface trick where you catch the bag on the back of your neck.

Demonstration of a Neck Catch.

Start with a controlled toe or clipper stall and set the footbag slightly above head height.
Keep the set straight and predictable so the footbag travels toward the back of your head.
As the footbag begins to fall, position the back of your neck underneath it.
Keep your head and upper body steady as the footbag settles onto the back of your neck.
Cushion the footbag with your neck and hold it securely in a controlled neck catch.

Set the footbag high enough to give yourself time to position your neck underneath the falling bag.

Keep your head and upper body steady as the footbag descends toward the back of your neck.

Relax your neck slightly on contact to absorb the footbag and keep it balanced behind your head.
