How To Perform An Outside Stall

  1. Stand relaxed with your knees slightly bent.
  2. Turn your kicking leg inward so the outside surface of your foot faces upward.
  3. Cushion the footbag onto the outside edge of your foot rather than kicking it away.
  4. Keep your foot level and allow the footbag to settle into the stall position.
  5. Maintain your balance while controlling the footbag on the outside of your foot.

Tips For Learning

Bend Your Knees

Keep your knees bent and stay balanced while receiving the footbag.

Stay Relaxed

Use a soft touch and let your foot absorb the footbag instead of bouncing it away.

Keep It Level

Keep the outside edge of your foot level so the footbag stays balanced on the stall.
