How To Perform A Peak Stall

  1. Start with a controlled toe or clipper stall and set the footbag slightly above head height.
  2. Keep the set straight and predictable so the footbag travels toward the front of your head.
  3. As the footbag begins to fall, position your forehead underneath it.
  4. Keep your head and upper body steady as the footbag settles onto your hat's bill.
  5. Cushion the footbag with your hat's bill and hold it securely in a controlled peak stall.

Tips For Learning

Set To Your Head

Set the footbag high enough to give yourself time to position your hat's bill underneath the falling bag.

Stay Still

Keep your head and upper body steady as the footbag descends toward your head.

Cushion The Catch

Relax slightly on contact to absorb the footbag and keep it balanced on your hat's bill.
