How To Perform A Peeking Osis

  1. Stand balanced with your knees slightly bent.
  2. Set a clipper straight up, and quickly plant your foot.
  3. Turn your body away from the footbag, as you peek over your should to spot the footbag.
  4. Lift your setting foot beside your support leg.
  5. Pivot the opposite direction so the footbag falls behind you.
  6. Continue turning as your stalling foot follows under the footbag.
  7. Make contact in the clipper position on the original setting side.

Tips For Learning

Spot The Bag

Keep your eyes on the footbag for as long as possible before beginning the spin. Spotting the bag early helps you track it through the rotation and prepare for the catch.

Stay On Axis

Keep your spin upright and centered. Staying balanced throughout the rotation makes it much easier to get your stalling foot underneath the footbag.

Pivot Back To Osis

As you complete the first spin, immediately pivot back to Osis in the opposite direction.
