How To Perform A Pixie Set

  1. Set the bag straight up from a toe stall.
  2. As you set, bring your setting leg around the inside of the footbag.
  3. Move your upper thigh slightly to the outside to avoid the footbag as it rises.
  4. Quickly plant that leg and switch your weight to the setting foot.
  5. Complete with any trick.

Tips For Learning

Set Straight Up

Start with a controlled toe set that gives you enough height and time to complete the dexterity.

Dex On The Way Up

As you set the footbag perform the dexterity at the same time.

Dexercise

Practice dexterities by circling around a traffic cone sized object.
