How To Perform A Slap Stall

  1. Track the footbag as it descends to about waist height.
  2. Position your kicking leg so it is ready to strike the footbag.
  3. Use your hand to slap the footbag in the direction of the foot that is about to stall it.
  4. Allow the slap to guide the footbag toward the stall surface.
  5. Follow through with the stall and return to a balanced position.

Slap At Waist Height

Make the hand contact when the footbag is around waist height for a clean, controlled setup.
