How To Perform A Slicer

  1. Start from a controlled clipper stall.
  2. Set the bag straight up and to your side.
  3. Lift the support leg as the bag rises.
  4. Swing the leg over the bag from out-to-in.
  5. Continue turning your hips into clipper position.
  6. Instead of catching on a clipper stall, position your toe behind the support leg in a cross-body rake position.
  7. Catch the bag on the toe and sweep it from behind the support leg back to the front of your body.
  8. Finish on a controlled toe stall to complete the final dexterity.
