How To Perform A Symposium Mirage

  1. Start by setting the footbag upward from the toe of one foot and do not plant this foot throughout.
  2. As the footbag rises, use the opposite leg to begin the dexterity movement.
  3. Bring the opposite leg around the footbag in an in-to-out direction.
  4. Complete the full dexterity motion and return the same foot that performed the initial set toward the footbag.
  5. Catch the footbag on the same toe that started the trick, finishing in a controlled stall.

Tips For Learning

Set And Stay Airborne

Start with a controlled toe set, then keep the setting foot completely off the ground as the footbag rises.

Perform The Mirage

Use the opposite leg to perform the in-to-out Mirage dexterity while the setting foot remains unplanted.

Finish On The Toe

As the dexterity is completed, bring the original setting toe underneath the footbag and catch it in a clean stall.
