How To Perform A Weaving Osis

  1. Stand balanced with your knees slightly bent.
  2. Set a clipper or toe straight up and slightly above head height.
  3. As the footbag rises, move your head to the opposite side of the footbag before weave around its path.
  4. Keep your eyes on the footbag as it passes overhead and begins to fall behind you.
  5. Pivot away from the footbag and bring your stalling foot underneath it in an Osis motion.
  6. Make contact in the Clipper position on the opposite side.

Tips For Learning

Set High

Set the footbag high enough to give yourself time to duck underneath it and prepare for the Osis.

Move Before You Weave

Move your head to the opposite side of the footbag before weaving around its path, then quickly spot it as it begins to fall behind you.

Finish With Osis

Stay balanced as you pivot away from the footbag and bring your stalling foot underneath it for a clean clipper catch.
