How To Perform The Trampoline Drill

  1. Hold the bottom corners of your t-shirt and pull the fabric tight in front of your body.
  2. Place the footbag on the stretched shirt and use a quick upward motion to launch it into the air.
  3. Keep the pop controlled so the footbag rises straight up in front of you.
  4. Lift your foot and position it underneath the descending footbag.
  5. Time your toe stall like an elevator going down, cushioning the bag as it lands.
  6. Repeat the drill until you can consistently pop the footbag from the shirt into a controlled toe stall.

Tips For Learning

Keep The Shirt Tight

Pull the t-shirt tight to create a firm trampoline surface that gives the footbag a clean, predictable pop.

Control The Pop

Use a small, controlled motion to pop the footbag straight up and keep it within easy reach of your toe.

Get Under The Bag

Watch the footbag as it falls and position your toe underneath it early for a soft, controlled stall.
