How To Perform A Dali

  1. Start from a controlled toe stall, set the footbag upward.
  2. As the footbag rises, duck your head underneath the footbag and move to the opposite side of its path.
  3. As the footbag begins to fall, use the opposite leg to perform an in-to-out Mirage dexterity.
  4. Complete the first dexterity and don't plant the setting foot.
  5. Use the opposite leg to perform the second dexterity around the footbag in an out-to-in direction.
  6. Continue the movement across your body and turn into clipper position.
  7. Catch the footbag in a controlled clipper stall on the opposite side from the original set.

Tips For Learning

Keep The Set High

Give yourself enough height and time to complete the Duck, both dexterities and continue smoothly into the clipper.

Move Your Head

Move your head under the footbag's path as it passes, rather than trying to move the bag around you.

Time Both Dexterities

Keep the footbag in front of you as you link the two dexterities together, maintaining control through the transition into the clipper.
