How To Perform A Double Pickup

  1. Start with the footbag rising from a controlled clipper stall.
  2. Lift your support leg and bring it around the footbag in-to-out twice.
  3. Complete two full circular motions around the footbag with your leg.
  4. Bring your foot back underneath the footbag and make clean contact.
  5. Regain your balance and prepare for the next trick.
