How To Perform A Fairy Muted Same Side Osis

  1. Start with the footbag on a toe stall and set it upward.
  2. As the footbag rises, use the same leg that performed the set to circle the footbag from out-to-in, completing the Fairy dexterity.
  3. Continue directly into the turn without planting your setting foot.
  4. Turn toward the footbag as it travels behind your body.
  5. Continue rotating as your stalling foot follows under the footbag.
  6. Catch the footbag on a clipper stall on the same foot as the set.

Tips For Learning

Keep The Fairy Tight

Make a small, controlled out-to-in Fairy dexterity close to the footbag. A tight motion gives you more time to complete the Osis.

Don't Plant

Go directly from the Fairy dexterity into the turn. Keeping your setting foot moving helps maintain the flow of the trick.

Follow The Bag

Let the footbag travel behind you as you rotate, keeping your stalling foot underneath it for the same-side clipper catch.
