How To Perform A Fairy Muted Same Side Squeeze

  1. Start with the footbag on a toe stall and set it upward.
  2. As the footbag rises, use the same leg that performed the set to circle the footbag from out-to-in, do not plant this foot.
  3. As the footbag falls, bend the same leg and catch the footbag in the pocket behind your knee, creating a controlled Squeeze.
  4. Maintain the squeeze briefly to demonstrate control before continuing into your next trick.

Tips For Learning

Keep The Fairy Tight

Make a small, controlled out-to-in Fairy dexterity close to the footbag so you have plenty of time to set up the Squeeze.

Find The Knee Pocket

After completing the Fairy, bring the same leg up and catch the falling footbag securely in the pocket behind your knee.

Stay Balanced

Keep your weight centered on the support leg as you catch the footbag behind your knee, then release smoothly for the next trick.
