How To Perform A Flapper Stall

  1. Stand balanced with your knees slightly bent.
  2. Set or allow the footbag to fall across the front of your body.
  3. Swing your kicking leg across your body toward the footbag.
  4. Turn your foot so the sole faces the footbag as you make contact.
  5. Stall the footbag with the sole in a controlled cross-body position.

Tips For Learning

Cross Your Body

Bring the kicking leg across your body so the sole can meet the footbag from the opposite side.

Show The Sole

Turn your foot so the sole faces the footbag and make clean, controlled contact with the bottom of your shoe.

Keep It Controlled

Use a smooth cross-body stall while bending your support leg slightly.
