How To Perform A Sole Stall

  1. Stand balanced with your knees slightly bent.
  2. Point the knee of your stalling foot straight down.
  3. Keep the sole of your foot flat.
  4. Cushion the bag by lowering your support leg slightly as it lands.
  5. Hold control for a moment before setting the bag back into play.

Tips For Learning

Balance

Practice without the footbag by standing with your sole flat.

Point Your Knee

Point your knee straight down to keep the sole flat.

Practice Barefoot

Practice barefoot until you are comfortable enough to try with shoes.
