Frontend Loader is a variation of Legbeater that replaces the clipper stall with a cross-body rake. By combining an atomic set, butterfly-style dexterity, and a flowing rake finish, it adds style and control to one of freestyle footbag's foundational atomic tricks.

How To Perform A Frontend Loader

  1. Start from a controlled toe stall as you set the footbag slightly upward and toward your centerline.
  2. Quickly plant your setting foot as you perform an uptime out-to-in dexterity with the opposite leg.
  3. Quickly plant your dexing foot as you perpare for a Butterfly.
  4. Instead of catching on a clipper stall, position your toe behind the support leg in a cross-body rake position.
  5. Catch the bag on the toe and sweep it from behind the support leg back to the front of your body.
  6. Finish on a controlled toe stall to complete the final dexterity.

Master Legbeater

A solid Legbeater set makes landing the Frontend Loader dramatically easier.

Set Close To Your Body

Keep the set controlled. Large sets make the dexterity much harder.

Stay Compact

Tight sets and efficient dexterities make the final rake much easier to complete.
