How To Perform A Full Nelson

  1. Start with a controlled toe set and place both hands on top of your head.
  2. Set the footbag behind your neck, sending it through the opening between your arm and head.
  3. Keep both hands on top of your head as the footbag rolls across the back of your neck and passes through the opposite arm opening.
  4. Stay relaxed and allow the footbag to roll naturally across your neck before it drops.
  5. Follow the descending footbag with your opposite foot and catch it cleanly on a toe stall.

Tips For Learning

Hands On Your Head

Keep both hands firmly on top of your head and create enough space for the footbag to pass through the arm openings.

Roll Across Your Neck

Let the footbag roll smoothly across the back of your neck rather than trying to stop it in place.

Follow With The Toe

As the bag exits the opposite arm opening, track it with your other foot and prepare for the toe stall.
