How To Perform A Gyro Outside Stall

  1. Begin with a controlled clipper stall and set the footbag slightly behind you with enough height to complete the spin.
  2. As the footbag rises, initiate a smooth half back spin by turning your shoulders and hips in the same direction.
  3. Keep your eyes on the footbag for as long as possible before the spin carries it out of view.
  4. Complete the rotation and quickly spot the footbag as it descends in front of you.
  5. Finish by making controlled contact with the footbag in an Outside Stall.
