A Leg Over Outside Stall is a Leg Over caught on an Outside Stall.

Demonstration of Leg Over Outside Stall.

Start by setting the footbag from the toe of one foot.
As the footbag rises, use the opposite leg to begin the dexterity movement.
Bring the opposite leg around the outside of the footbag and continue the movement in an out-to-in direction.
Complete the full dexterity motion and bring your foot back underneath the footbag.
Make clean contact with the footbag and regain your balance for the next trick.

Keep your eyes on the footbag throughout the entire dexterity motion so you can time the contact correctly.

Remember that the Leg Over begins with a toe set from the opposite foot before the dexterity leg moves around the bag.

Focus on making one smooth out-to-in motion around the footbag before bringing your foot back underneath it.
