Start from a controlled Toe Stall.
Set the bag straight up and to your side and do not plant your foot.
Swing the leg over the bag from out-to-in.
Continue turning as the footbag falls behind you and bring the dexterity leg underneath it.
Catch the footbag in a clipper stall on the same foot as the set.

Rotate away from the footbag immediately after the set so it can travel naturally behind your body.

Keep your body centered as you turn. Reaching behind you often causes the footbag to miss the stall.

A controlled clipper set that rises close to your body gives you more time to complete the rotation.
