How To Perform A Near Leg Over

  1. Start by setting the footbag upward from a Clipper Stall.
  2. As the footbag falls, use the opposite leg to begin the dexterity movement.
  3. Bring the opposite leg around the footbag in an out-to-in direction.
  4. Catch the footbag on the same toe, finishing in a controlled stall.

Tips For Learning

Set Straight Up

Start with a controlled clipper set that gives you enough height and time to complete the dexterity.

Use The Opposite Leg

Let the opposite leg perform the out-to-in dexterity.

Finish On The Same Toe

After completing the dexterity, bring the same toe back underneath the footbag for a clean stall.
