How To Perform A Spinning Rooted Toe Stall

  1. Start with the footbag on a clipper stall.
  2. Set the footbag upward and slightly behind you.
  3. Turn your shoulders and hips into a back spin as the footbag rises.
  4. Complete the spin and spot the footbag as it begins to descend.
  5. Place your toe-stalling foot on the ground and position the toe beneath the falling footbag.
  6. Catch the footbag on a controlled toe stall to complete the trick.

Spot The Bag Early
