Demonstration of an Tap.

Start from a controlled toe stall and set the footbag slightly upward and toward your centerline.
Quickly plant your setting foot as you perform an uptime out-to-in dexterity with the opposite leg.
Keep the dexterity tight and controlled as the bag rises through the circle.
Plant your dexing foot and stay balanced over the bag.
Immediately perform an in-to-out Mirage dexterity with the same leg.
Complete the Mirage and catch the bag cleanly on a toe stall.

A solid Atomic set makes landing the Tap dramatically easier.

A Mirage is essential for completely a Tap.

Double the timing you would normally take to perform a single dexterity.
