Weaving Pickup is a Weave followed by a Pickup.

Demonstration of a Weaving Pickup.

Stand balanced with your knees slightly bent.
Set a clipper or toe straight up and slightly above head height.
As the footbag rises, move your head to the same side of the footbag before you Weave around its path.
Keep your eyes on the footbag as it passes overhead and begins to fall behind you.
Bring the same leg around the outside of the footbag and continue the movement in an in-to-out direction.
Complete the full dexterity motion and bring your foot back underneath the footbag.
Make clean contact with the footbag and regain your balance for the next trick.

Set the footbag high enough to give yourself time to Weave underneath it and prepare for the Pickup.

Set the footbag to the same side of your head. As it falls, Weave underneath its path and track the bag as it comes down.

Perform a quick downtime in-to-out dexterity to complete the trick.
