How To Perform A Zulu Squeeze

  1. Start with a controlled toe or clipper stall and set the footbag slightly above head height.
  2. Keep the set straight and predictable so the footbag passes close to your head.
  3. As the footbag rises, move your head to the opposite side of the footbag from where the set originated.
  4. Track the footbag with your eyes as it passes by your head at its peak.
  5. Point the knee of your stalling leg straight down.
  6. Open your stalling leg to form a V shape.
  7. Cushion the bag by lowering your support leg slightly as it lands.
  8. Squeeze the footbag by collapsing your leg.
