  1. Start with a Muted Clipper and catch the footbag on a clipper stall.
  2. Set the footbag from the clipper and perform a Pickup.
  3. Repeat on both sides to complete the drill.

Tips For Learning

Keep Your Set Straight

Set the footbag straight up from the Muted Clipper to give yourself enough time to complete the Pickup.

Complete the Pickup

Move the support leg around the footbag and prepare to catch it on the same toe.

Repeat the Pattern
