How To Perform A Seatbelt

  1. Start with the footbag balanced on a clipper stall.
  2. Swing your stalling foot up and over your opposite shoulder, setting the footbag across your body.
  3. Allow the footbag to travel over your shoulder and descend in front of you.
  4. Bring the same foot around and catch the footbag on a toe stall.

Tips For Learning

Clear Your Shoulder

Keep the set close to your body and lift your leg enough to send the footbag cleanly over your shoulder.

Set With The Clipper

Use a controlled clipper set that sends the footbag over your shoulder and into the path of your toe.

Follow With The Same Foot

Keep the same foot ready after the set and bring it underneath the descending footbag for the toe stall.
